Yu Fan He is a designer and new media artist whose practice integrates color theory and aesthetics to reconstruct surreal spatial narratives through hybrid media. Her multidisciplinary portfolio spans architectural and spatial design, graphic design, visual animation, projection mapping, and augmented reality (AR) experiences. In recent years, she has focused on the convergence of AR technology and visual art, seeking to create immersive experiences that transcend flat surfaces and digital screens. Her work explores expanded spatial perception, generating visual environments that blur the boundaries between physical structure and virtual imagery. As an AR animation designer, she collaborated on the public art installation Shang Shui at Taichung Metro Jiushe Station, which received the Bronze Award in the Installation Art category at the 2023–2024 A’ Design Award & Competition. Her project URBANMARKET was recognized with an Honorable Mention at the 2019 AYDA (Asia Young Designer Award) by Nippon Paint.
