RareMe App
RareMe is a mobile application for people affected by rare diseases. RareMe connects patients and their families with hospitals, medical institutions, pharmacies, doctors and drug developers. Users select a role as a patient, a family member or a health-care provider during registration. Patients can write diaries about their treatment, search for medicines and treatments worldwide, and find other users with similar conditions through a recommendation algorithm. The application is available on iOS and Android. The aim is to give rare disease patients equal attention and care.
