Qterra Craft is a travel mug that brews fresh coffee or tea by external control. The mug carries ground coffee or tea leaves and hot water separately, and brewing starts and stops on demand. A telescoping basket expands when an external dial is twisted, so the mug stays closed during use. A phase change material in the walls cools the hot drink to 60 degrees Celsius for safe drinking. A yellow ring changes color when cooling is complete. Magnetic decorative medallions attach to the base for personalization.
