Prive Inventum Mixed Use Development
The project redefines residential development as a self sustaining urban ecosystem rather than a mere housing compound. Structured as a mini city, the master plan frames sustainability through both continuous green landscapes and a mixed use program that fulfills daily needs on site. Guided by horizontal architecture and informed by topography, the stepped massing generates a fragmented human scale skyline. Residential, commercial, hotel and nursery functions integrate within a fluid spatial system, forming a permeable and continuous urban morphology.
