To solve the problem of application fatigue, the design replaces static forms with a multi modal chat interface that captures soft skills through natural dialogue. The UI features a fluid Co pilot dashboard that provides real time interview coaching and transparent task tracking. By integrating Agent to Agent protocols, the system automates backend negotiations, allowing users to manage high frequency applications through a simplified, stress free interaction model.
